Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg white
3 cups whole pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Whisk egg white until frothy, and add the pecans. Toss until well-coated. Add dry ingredients, and stir well.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake for 17 minutes. Let cool, and store in an airtight container.
